This item seems like it is a PC/MAC version of a vintage (1960's) item, but this particular item is was made in 2007.
It does look like that Lee's originally made items with a special pen back in the day. I did see some of these vintage, original(non Computer based) items on another site, But I think I only came across one item like this, so they don't appear on here often.
This item is sealed in plastic in the original Paper-board package and tin.

128 MB ram

The Minimum MAC requirements are:
Macintosh OSX v.10.1 or higher
Power PC G3 or higher
